Hi! I’m Emma. I’m mama to two boys, Henry (5) and Noah (1). I enjoy cooking and feeding my family healthy vegetarian and dairy-free food, using organic, natural ingredients including whole grains, pulses, nuts and seeds; healthy fats, vegetables and fruit. Nutritious food that keeps us healthy, and makes us feel good. I’m also working towards a qualification in functional nutrition.
